Objectives of 2010 Conference in the U.S.A
(1) To draw collectively common action plans and processes to against 2010 sham election based on
undemocratic constitution drew in 2008 Cyclone Nagis.
(2) To draw effective policies and means collectively among ethnic forces and democratic forces to
abolish militarism in Burma by all means.
(3) To plan and take actions for national reconciliation process: equality, self determination and genuine
federal union of Burma and democracy.
(4) To prepare collectively for confederation of a solid world-wide institution with national patriotic spirit.
(5) To fortify and carry on six political course of actions drawn by the democratic strategic conference of
abolishing militarism on July 3rd and 4th 2009.
(6) To hold a Burma democratic forces conference on May 22nd and 23rd 2010 in Buffalo City, New York
Upstate in following reasons: attaining political objectives, emerging of effective leadership and establishing
a credible solid institution internationally.

(၁) ၂၀၀၈ ဖြဲ႔စည္းပံုဥပေဒအား အေျခခံက်င္းပသည့္ ၂၀၁၀ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲအား ဆန္႔က်င္တိုက္ဖ်က္ေရးတြင္ ျပည္တြင္းျပည္ပ႐ွိ ႏိိုင္ ငံေရး အင္အားစုမ်ားအားလံုး
တစုတစည္းတည္း စုစည္း၍ ေတာ္လွန္သည့္ ဘံုႏိုင္ငံေရးလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ား ခ်မွတ္ႏိုင္ရန္ ။
(၂) စစ္အာဏာ႐ွင္စနစ္အား နည္းလမ္းေပါင္းစံုျဖင့္ ဖ်က္သိမ္းႏုိင္ေရးအတြက္ ဒီမိုကေရစီအင္အားစုမ်ား ၊ တုိင္းရင္းသားအင္အားစု မ်ားအားလံုး စုစည္းေတြ႔ဆံုညွိႏႈိင္း၍
ထိေရာက္သည့္ လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္ မူေပၚလစီမ်ား၊ တညီတညႊတ္တည္း လုိုက္ပါေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိ္ုင္သည့္ နည္းလမ္းမ်ား ခ်မွတ္ေဖၚေဆာင္ႏုိုင္ရန္
(၃) အမ်ိဳးသားတန္းတူေရး ၊ ကိုယ္ပိုင္ျပဌာန္းခြင့္ႏွင့္ ဒီမိုကေရစီ၊ ဖက္ဒရယ္ျပည္ေထာင္စုတည္ေဆာက္ေရး လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ား၊ အမ်ိဳး သားျပန္လည္သင့္ျမတ္ေရး လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ား
ခ်မွတ္အေကာင္အထည္ေဖၚ ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္ ။
(၄) ခုိင္မာက်စ္လစ္သည့္ အမ်ိဳးသားေရးလကၡဏာေဆာင္ေသာ စုဖြဲ႔မႈမ်ိဳးေပၚေပါက္လာေရးအတြက္ ၀ိုင္း၀န္ျပင္ဆင္ရန္ ။
(၅) ၂၀၀၉ ခုႏွစ္ ဇူလုိုင္(၃/၄) ရက္ေန႔တြင္ က်င္းပခဲ့သည့္ “ စစ္အာဏာ႐ွင္စနစ္ဖ်က္သိမ္းေရး ျမန္မာ့ဒီမိုကေရစီအင္အားစုမ်ား မ ဟာဗ်ဴဟာညီလာခံ”မွ ခ်မွတ္ထားေသာ
ႏိုင္ငံေရးလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္(၆)ရပ္အား ဆက္လက္အေကာင္ေဖၚ ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ရန္ ၊ ျပင္ဆင္ ျဖည့္စြက္ႏိုင္ရန္ ။ ထိုႏို္င္ငံေရးလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ားအား တိုးျမွင့္လုပ္ေဆာင္ႏိုင္ရန္ ။
(၆) ရည္မွန္းခ်က္မ်ား ထေျမာက္ေအာင္ျမင္ႏုိင္ေရးႏွင့္ ႏိုင္ငံေရးလမ္းစဥ္ မူေပၚလစီမ်ားအား မွန္ကန္စြာဦးေဆာင္ႏိုင္သည့္ ႏိုင္ငံေရး အရ စြမ္းေဆာင္မႈ႐ွိသည့္ ေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ား၊
စုဖြဲ႔မႈအင္အားစုမ်ား ေပၚေပါက္လာေစရန္ …..စသည့္ ရည္ရြယ္ဦးတည္ခ်က္မ်ားျဖင့္ ျမန္မာ့ဒီမိုကေရစီအင္အားစုမ်ား၏ ညီလာခံအား ေမလ ( ၂၂/ ၂၃)ရက္၊
နယူးေယာက္ျပည္နယ္အထက္ပိုင္း ( Bufflo)ျမိဳ႕တြင္ က်င္းပျပဳလုပ္မည္ျဖစ္သည္ ။
တစုတစည္းတည္း စုစည္း၍ ေတာ္လွန္သည့္ ဘံုႏိုင္ငံေရးလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ား ခ်မွတ္ႏိုင္ရန္ ။

(၅) ၂၀၀၉ ခုႏွစ္ ဇူလုိုင္(၃/၄) ရက္ေန႔တြင္ က်င္းပခဲ့သည့္ “ စစ္အာဏာ႐ွင္စနစ္ဖ်က္သိမ္းေရး ျမန္မာ့ဒီမိုကေရစီအင္အားစုမ်ား မ ဟာဗ်ဴဟာညီလာခံ”မွ ခ်မွတ္ထားေသာ
ႏိုင္ငံေရးလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္(၆)ရပ္အား ဆက္လက္အေကာင္ေဖၚ ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ရန္ ၊ ျပင္ဆင္ ျဖည့္စြက္ႏိုင္ရန္ ။ ထိုႏို္င္ငံေရးလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ားအား တိုးျမွင့္လုပ္ေဆာင္ႏိုင္ရန္ ။
(၆) ရည္မွန္းခ်က္မ်ား ထေျမာက္ေအာင္ျမင္ႏုိင္ေရးႏွင့္ ႏိုင္ငံေရးလမ္းစဥ္ မူေပၚလစီမ်ားအား မွန္ကန္စြာဦးေဆာင္ႏိုင္သည့္ ႏိုင္ငံေရး အရ စြမ္းေဆာင္မႈ႐ွိသည့္ ေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ား၊
